Autumn House opened in January 2025. Autumn House has capacity to provide care for two young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties aged between 12yrs – 18yrs of mixed gender.
We are proud of the culture we have built within the home and continue to maintain. We all take on the role as a corporate parent to support and nurture the young people in our care so they can grow to live and experience a wholesome life.
